[아웃소싱타임스 이효상 기자] 최근 '챗GPT' 등 AI기술이 우리 생활 깊숙히 파고들며 일상을 지배하기 시작했다. 챗GPT 등 AI기술을 활용할 줄 아는 사람과 모르는 사람간의 업무 효율성이 10배이상 난다고 한며, 이제는 AI가 아닌, AI를 비서처럼 활용할 수 있는 사람이 활용 못하는 사람을 실직자로 만드는 세상이 도래했다고 한다.

■BPO based on the type of service:
